By air:
The official airport is Airport Nikola Tesla, Belgrade (www.airport-belgrade.co.yu) which can be reached from different international airports. Transport time from the airport to the venue approximately 20 minutes. There will be a pick up service from the Airport Nikola Tesla.
By train:
Belgrade can be reached by train from most of European destinations arriving on Belgrade Central Railway Station, Savski trg 2 (Information telephones: +381 11 2641 488, +381 11 2645 822, from 00-24). There will be a pick up service from Railway Station according to presented travelling details forms. For the information on trains and timetables, please go to www.zeleznicesrbije.com.
By car:
Belgrade is reachable by car from all neighbouring countries. Fastest and easiest way to use one of the three main highways, one from Budapest, Hungary via Subotica and Novi Sad, second from Zagreb (Croatia) and third from Macedonia and Bulgaria via Niš.
Approximate driving time from Budapest is 4 hours, from Zagreb 3 hours 30 minutes, from Sofia 5 hours and from Skopje 4 hours.

Visa
To enter Serbia you must fulfil one of the following requirements:
You must be a citizen of a country that is on the list of countries that may enter Serbia without visa, see the list on the site of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia - http://www.mfa.gov.yu/Visas/f_without_visa.htm.
If country of your citizenship is not the list, you must apply for a visa at the Serbian Embassy or Consular Mission in your country.
Please note that the procedure to obtain a visa normally takes 2-3 weeks.

The Serbian Association will provide the necessary invitation letter immediately upon receipt of such a request.
